Office Hours

We strive to serve our clients in a manner that is convenient to everyone.  While we have standard office hours, we must remain flexible due to court scheduling and the work schedules of our clients.  When possible we will meet with clients outside of our established office hours, including nights and weekends. 

             Monday through Friday            8:00am—4:45pm

Scheduling Appointments

We will generally not be able to meet with you if you come to our office without scheduling an appointment in advance.  Please call our office for an appointment and we will gladly schedule one as quickly as possible.  If you have more than one possible date and time in mind when you call, scheduling will be much easier and quicker.   If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please call to reschedule.  Failing to inform our office when you cannot attend an appointment may result in a fee being charged.

Conflict Screening of Potential Clients

Conflict screening relates to our duty not to represent anyone if there will be an ethical conflict of interest with a current or past client.  The conflict screening can be performed over the phone prior to scheduling an appointment and will typically only take a few moments.

Fees

Fees will be determined after an initial assessment of the legal issues during the initial appointment.  In many cases we prefer to charge a flat fee and the fee will be collected prior to providing service.  However, the unpredictable nature of some cases, particularly family law cases, will necessitate payment of an initial retainer and an hourly fee agreement.  We will also bill hourly for those clients who prefer hourly billing instead of a flat fee.
