Indiana Criminal penalties

1 Despite the above, sentencing may be life without parole or death.

2 Felony non-support of a minor child, a D felony, is also sentenced as a C felony.

3 Some D felonies may be reduced to an A misdemeanor and sentenced accordingly.

The following is provided only as a general guideline.  This is not a complete statement of the criminal sentencing statutes of Indiana.  You can see the Indiana criminal sentencing statutes here for more detailed information.
